Clickbait title making it sound like something official. In fact the article says that it's an opinion of some analysts and an unspecified poll among US population.

That was a waste of a click. Let me save you the trouble. Its an article that jumps all over the place and tries to draw the conclusion between domestic US and UK policy and the war in Ukraine mentioning one CNN poll. I don’t doubt people can easily be tricked into thinking that the financial support has a “massive” impact on our economy. I suspect the stance with Ukraine will remain to support Ukraine and hopefully destabilize Russia enough to produce change in the nation. Because the alternative is Russia potentially using its allies and spilling the war over into the rest of Europe.
What is this tripe, is Express owned by the Kremlin or something?
The US and UK will lose some credibility internationally if they pull out now, but they'll have more flexibility to address domestic issues that can help them in the next election. Given the relative strength of the opposition this election, they'll need all the help they can get.
- Except the opposition supports Ukraine. So will be happy to point out the tories dumping them.
  
  To what extent? Greater than healthcare? Greater than the flagging economy? The government has limited money.
