If you're not in the US, they sell dried pods for decorative boquet arrangement that would have a fair amount of dried latex inside. People just use a water/lemon juice wash to extract the goodies.
Cab be dangerous stuff for novices, they can very in strength wildly, and a few kids have actually OD on "poppy tea".
