It never stopped being legal. Biden just made them do it the preferred Democrat party method, lobbying.
Lobbying is when Democrats do it, Bribery is when Republicans do it.
Corruption is when Republicans do it, insider trading is when Democrats do it.
Both accept corporate money to deny any good for the American public that would hurt their bottom line. And then we get fascism because that's good for the bottom line.
