Carrots cut into thin planks to scoop home made salsa verde
I like flavored nori. This sort of thing:

Never had that particular brand, but you get the idea.
Frozen grapes. Once they've been out of the freezer for a couple minutes, they thaw into little slushie bubbles.
sugar snap peas go crazy, and they're very filling too
Fridge cold honeydew melon. Nothing even closely compares to how tasty that is for me. Low in calories as well.
Carrots. Plain carrots. It helps that I'm too lazy to get anything to dip them in. They are just so convenient.
I eat grape tomatoes, pickles, sliced cucumbers or radish with salt.
Apples for me; they're cheap, sweet, filling, and last pretty long compared to other fruit and veg.
Pickles.
Rice crackers.
Popcorn.
Sometimes I'll have celery by itself, but usually I put peanut butter on it.
Cucumber! Or red bell pepper
I'm a slut for potatoes. If you don't soak them in oil, butter, or cheese they're about a kcal/gram. I like to nuke one and just add salt
Also one of the best foods in terms of satiety per calorie.
Sliced bell peppers.
Roasted salted pumpkin seeds
Veggies for dipping in hummus. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom. I can eat a huge bowl and barely hit 200 calories.
I love hummus but I thought it was high calorie due to fat (good fats, but still).
Yeah I make my own to offset the ratio of olive oil and tahini to chickpeas. More chickpeas means less calories.
Four molecules of Nutella.
Ooo thanks for reminding me to get more pickles! I like pickles, but also clementines or cold grapes.
Raw potato that's cut into the shape of steak fries/chips for easy eating. Most people dislike the bitter flavour but I love the crunch and taste!
Baby cucumbers.
Freeze dried fruit
I like popsicles because they are light in that they don't feel like I'm filling my stomach, which is an issue I have related to a chronic condition. They may not necessarily be low-calorie, but they take a while to consume, which may help if the point is to delay consumption enough to pass a craving. I usually grab normal ones, but they have sugar-free ones that may reduce the calorie count.
Popsicle brand makes sugar free tropical flavored, and they're delicious.
I do ham and cheese full fibre toasties. About 150-200kcal but very filling. Not having any 'bad' snacks immediately available in the house also helps a lot.

This guy americas!
Your average slice of bread is 95 calories so you are at 190 calories before you've even added fillings.
I guess with everything combined, one toastie is closer to 300 kcal, (local nutrition org says 81kcal per slice of bread) and doesn't really fit the low cal request, it's true.
It works so well for me for staying away from just rawdogging a whole bag of potato chips, which isn't even that much more calories, but the type of calories are way worse.
Does air popped corn count as low calorie? If not, it's gherkins for me
