  Unfortunately, I doubt that these ghouls would be found here if there was an imminent threat, such as a hurricane. You have to catch them when their guard is down. I speak of this as a hypothetical, in a video game, of course.
bunkers gotta have exhaust vents. those are super visible with IR.
