This is beeautiful! Is there a name for this technique? The background reminds me of stained glass.
I asked my SO who used to study arts at university who said that this is likely mixed media.
If it's non-digital, it could be a mix of coloured pencils and (copic) markers; markers for the outlines and coloured pencils for the colour of the picture, and then markers again for details. If it's a digital painting, probably brushes resembling those two.
