Huh, this is pretty interesting. I wonder if there's a way to set an Android device to auto-reboot if it hasn't had a network connection or been unlocked after a preset length of time.
Graphene OS has this option.
I saw something like that pop up on my android (Lineage) the other day.
How long are we talking about?
All mine have needed a pin code login every few days, regardless of how often I've used it.
It's an option on the latest Android - anti-theft measures. It reboots / locks your phone if it detects grab and go activity - using your phone and thief grabs your phone and runs. It also does it if the internet is turned off.
Been a while since I was on android, is tasker still relevant?
