Another case of criticizing Israel == anti-Semitism
This is getting really old.
- Funny part is that he is Jewish and grew up in Israel.
  
  Whose parents survived the Holocaust.

  At least there's some people who properly understood that lesson from our dark history.
  
  I know you don't actually find it funny, but the censorship is very worrying.
  
  It's not funny. It's dangerous. Dangerous for Jews like him and for Jews like me.
- Getting really old and also going to backfire spectacularly. Israel has pretty much completely lost support of younger Americans (can't speak for UK). Once those younger generations age into politically power, we're going to see a major shift.
  
  In Europe i haven't met anyone in my circle of friends and extended circle who doesn't completely hate Israel and zionism. I don't push my views on anyone, especially the younger teen family members, but i was pleasantly surprised to see them saying they were going to an anti israeli protest.
  The only people who currently have any support for Israel are boomers and even they are going from "supporting Israel right to exist" to "everyone is in the wrong" stage right now. This is highly anecdotal at this point but i hope we're seeing a shift to acknowledging evil where evil is.
  
  Nah, there is simply too much money involved. And sadly money influences absolutely everything from politics, moral decisions, war warfare, etc.

- Netanyahu has done a lot to help the world see this propaganda game for what it is. Not worth genocide, but it's a slight silver lining. The "criticism is antisemitism" strategy won't work forever for Israel.

In authoritarian countries, you can be arrested for protesting against genocide.
And when I talk about Israel being a direct threat to Americans citizens, this is part of what I'm talking about.
Yes, I know this happened in the UK and not the US, but the principle still applies.
In a video recording of Bresheeth’s arrest, a police officer informs him that he is being arrested under the Terrorism Act 2000 for “making a hate speech”.
Excuse me sir you got a loicense for that?
The wonderful western democracies at work. The UK is following Germany's steps into madness.
Bresheeth was released without charge on 2 November, after spending a night in custody, but remains under investigation.
What the fuck does that mean? I didn't know the UK laws were so authoritarian. So what, we arrest you for making a speech, detain you for a night, and then let you go without charge? And no repercussions for the inconvenience?
And how does "remains under investigation" not constitute intimidation?
Hate speech laws in action. Yet so many yearn to see these kinds of laws adopted in their own countries without any forethought into how they can (and will) be abused.
Conservatism is a plague of oppression and death. It always has been.
Looks like the Cs are being Bs again..
