working apouler tags in comments

I used the spoiler tag and it works in the browser/website but not in the webapp. Hopefully it can be added in the near future.

Do spoilers work in posts? Or is it only not working in comments
- I haven't tried in a post, but they don't work in comments on the app. Example
  
  Can you edit your post to check? That also doesn't look like normal spoiler markdown
I don’t know why Lemmy decided to implement custom-rolled spoiler markup when there are already standardized spoiler formats. It’s very annoying.
- It'd also be nice if it was blocked out text rather than a spoiler unfold or whatever it's called
