That's a little inaccurate. Technically, they can see into the Astral Plane, which is a little different from seeing in the dark.
I've never thought about it before, but plushies are able to see in the dark, right?
I mean, it's exactly as likely as them being able to see in the light so sure 🤷
They exist to protect us, so they kinda need to be able to see under all circumstances, I reckon
