It is not an established fact, Israel is nothing like South African apartheid. 21% of Israeli citizens are Arab with full rights.
The reason Palestineans outside of Israel are treated differently is not because their people are a different ethnicity, it's because their nation keeps trying to murder Jews and destroy Israel. They've tried violence unsuccessfully for about a century and they're all out of ideas.
There's a lot of falsehoods you just stated, but let's start with one of the common misconceptions: that Palestinians have never tried peaceful protests. They did, many times, most recently in the great march of return.
They were shot.

Did you not read this part of the article you linked?:
smaller groups attempted to breach the fence, rolling tires, and throwing stones and molotov cocktails. Israeli officials said the demonstrations were used by Hamas as cover for launching attacks against Israel.
At least 189 Palestinians were killed between 30 March and 31 December 2018. An independent United Nations commission said that at least 29 out of the 189 killed were militants. Other sources claim a higher figure, of at least 40.
Maybe they should try suing for peace and enforcing it internally instead of protesting and trying to breach the border fence? Or perhaps depose violent groups like Hamas and renounce intifada?
If you think this has been a peaceful resistance, you haven't been paying attention.
It is a completely established fact. There are multiple detailed reports by Human Rights Organizations, including an Israeli one (B'TSelem)
B'TSelem Report with quick Explainer
You are completely wrong about the history of the conflict. You are also conflating Zionism with Judaism, which are 2 very different things. Israel has never represented all Jewish people and never will, nor are it's actions done to benefit all Jewish people. The conflation is itself antisemitic. Adi Callai, an Israeli, does a great analysis of how Antisemitism has been weaponized (see 29:01) by Zionism during its history.
Murder Jews or Israelis?
If their goal is to murder Jews, they'd have an easier time of it most anywhere else.
Yes. In mandatory Palestine before Israel was a thing, Arab nationalists were murdering Jews, this is what started the cycle of violence in earnest and is one of the reasons they banded together in self-defense and formed Israel.

Because thats our unsinkable aircraft carrier in the middle east. As reprehensible as that may seem, its probably most of the region. We need to protect the petro dollar to ensure our power.
Nah. The USA has got troops in far friendlier and less problematic countries. The USA's protection of Israel has more to do with Israel investing in American politics than whatever Israel contributes to America.
I have a feeling that their problematic behavior is why we keep backing these savages.
We use Israel to cast our influence into the Middle East. Its definitely more than AIPAC contributions and political maneuvers.
As far as bases go we get much better effect from Kuwait and Qatar.
Well it would seem our officials think it's worth an entire people, regardless. Terrible time to be cognizant.
