Honestly, if anyone has the right to schadenfreude Hezbollah it's Syrians. They're doing good work in Palestine but holy fuck did they have to support the Syrian government out of all people?

I mean there are other groups in Syria so it's not like there was a lack of options. The option makes sense in terms of pure geopolitics because of the relationship between Iran, Syria and Russia, but that doesn't mean shit to the Syrians who suffered and continue to under Bashar.

I am not sure if this is an orientalist/racist comment (no women in streets because it is the Middle East/they are Arabs) or a super based one (it is the stronghold of the more religious/jihadist groups).
