It has,this is a land grab. Israel is creating hard infrastructure for a prolonged occupation and to create more settlements. They are quite open about it.
Reported as a copy/paste of a Mondoweiss article, which it is, but the comments are not restricted the same way posts are. So, for example, you can reply with a meme image, that's fine, it just can't be a post in and of itself.

Not too sure I understand to which rule this report would be based on anyway. And btw Mondoweiss is mentioned at the very top of the article. It's the same author, different outlets. Not a secret.
