we have rules now

and these rules are in sidebar. basically it's 1:1 of what rules on r/ncd used to be, taking into account smaller size and lack of flairs. in case you can't read them in sidebar (because for example you're using app that has it broken) these rules are as follows:

To clarify: I'm all for shitting on Russian politics, but pretending that NCD is or can be apolitical is dumb. Let's not be a Reddit clone.

  there was a dude (gender-neutral) out there sprouting z-content and claiming that everone who doesn't agree with them is right-winger, preemptively also "if x/x party was elected nothing of that would happen" gets boring and repetitive pretty quickly and above all doesn't belong here
  i guess that shitting on russian politics is okay if ICC agrees with you, we're not discussing here russian railway subsidies or retirement bonuses. international relations, geopolitics, what have you cross into defence pretty naturally. explaining relevant politics is fine, especially if the matter is relatively unknown in the west (bulk of users)
