i feel so bad for these people in rural areas like the state of kentucky. under constant control via propaganda to their own detriment. against healthcare, against mental healthcare, against any modern job training. anything that would benefit them as human beings seems to be obfuscated into something to be voted against.

DOJ report said the state “relies unnecessarily on segregated psychiatric hospitals to serve adults with serious mental illness who could be served in their homes and communities.”
