Thanks for the help, Mexico. Way more helpful than Bush was.
- Did you know the drinking age in Louisana was 18 until Katrina hit? Then Bush and the government at large told them if you want assassitance raise you drinking age to 21.
  
  That’s in order to receive federal highway money if I recall correctly. Probably desperately needed that money right after Katrina though so that checks out. Was still trivial to drink underage when I was there years and years ago

Honestly it's the best use for a country's military. Send .5% out to actually, idk, help people.
