Now given a primetime appearance at the DNC, AOC forgets the whole genocide thing and falsely claims that Kamala Harris “is working tirelessly to secure a ceasefire in Gaza.”

It's weird how you meant this to be a damning post of the DNC but I'll bet 99% of the up votes it's getting are for people who like that there is some sanity across the isle who believe in country over party. Honestly, I appreciate Kinzinger. I don't agree with all of his points of view, but that's kind of the point. He's a legit person in politics who believes that people can only do the best they can to represent the politics of their constituents, AND have some damn backbone to say when things are going wrong. He sacrificed his political career trying to stop the MAGA bullshit, and I can really appreciate that. In the same vein of Biden, I truly hope they are interested in making government able to unify and get things done across party lines in a collaborative way, and I hope they are not the last of a dying breed.
