You know what's funny, since the plan is so long and there's no way people read it, I get the gist people are creeped out by the name. "Project 2025" just had an ominous ring to it. Did Republicans forget you gotta go with misleading names, like "Patriot Act" and such?
(I do suspect it's really because shows like Last Week covered it though.)

And the world. A fascist US would certainly embolden and galvanize fascists all over the Western world. And Ukraine specifically and Europe in general would be more or less left alone with a megalomaniacal Putin.
