For me, it's sorting through clean laundry. It takes forever so music keeps me focused.

Taking any form of public transportation. The sheer noise and bustle is way too much for me without headphones and a good playlist.
- I honestly don't mind it normally, but I need the noise cancelling headphones for the losers that blast their shitty soundcloud-tier music off their phone speaker

I can't think of a thing I need music for, but if you mean you can't do it WELL without music than I say cardio.
