Best schedule is: Clock in at 9:00 and plan/settle in until 10:00. Standup from 10:00 to 10:30 (and no later!). Solo code until 3:00 (lunch when you feel like it) and pair programming/testing from 3:15 to 5:00

Who the hell has a 1-hour standup every day
Me. I hate it so much.
Same. I have yet to see anyone implement a true 15 minute standup.
You gotta get out of there. They're wasting your time by over managing you
Yeah that's terrible. I have an hour of stand-ups but that's 4 teams, I'm not an IC on any of them.
