Someone dropped a nuke on Xbox boss Phil Spencer's Fallout 76 base

Why is this news?
- Yeah- if this was previously possible, I would have expected it many times over
- Microsoft, Xbox, and Spencer have dominated the news carousel this week, drawing enormous criticism from the gaming community following the announced closures of Redfall creators Arkane Austin and Tango Gameworks, who developed the critically acclaimed Hi-Fi Rush.

- Because "gaming journalists" hate Xbox and with the recent studio closures it has suddenly become more popular to make negative articles about Xbox. So if they can write an article about literally anything, they will, regardless of whether it has happened before or not.
  
  This isn't because journalists hate Xbox. But because gamers hate Xbox, and they know this will get them clicks.

You can nuke anywhere you want except for the area around Vault 76 and the Wayward because it’s all lower level.
Unless something changed I'm pretty sure you can't drop a nuke on player bases. And those are indestructible anyway

  Actually no, but it did say a lot of other words.
  
  I haven't played 76 in months but that's what I recall. When you do the quest that lets you drop a nuke I couldn't drop it too close to settlements, which is annoying cause someone might have one close to where you need to drop it.
  I could have misinterpreted it though. I'd appreciate someone clearing it up
