Unless you are a regular coffee drinker who consumes the equivalent of a pot of coffee a day.
I know people who drink espressos, cappuccinos, Americanos and other coffee drinks on a regular basis and have coffee an hour or two before bed and have a regular night sleep.
Caffeine is one hell of a drug
Yeah, 20+ years of drinking multiple cups every day. The "keeping you awake" part of coffee (or even energy drinks or cola) seem like a scam.
Could also have something to do with how stimulants work for ADHD people
For people with ADHD, your brain is typically starved for stimulation, so caffeine actually helps quiet your brain and relax you. So it doesn't make you tired, but it makes you feel the same as if you're tired.
I don't know man, I hit 25 and suddenly my relationship with coffee completely changed. I used to be one of those 9pm coffee drinkers, now any caffeinated drink after 5pm will keep me up basically all night.
Peoples bodies just change for no reason like all the time.
For me, it’s all about timing and balance. I have up to 3 shots of espresso in the morning, then if I need to be up and active/functional at 10pm, I might have an espresso at 7-8pm for that extra boost. As long as I eat a smaller meal, I’ll be fine and in fact often have a better overall sleep. But if I was a pig at dinner, or a sloth all day, there’s no way I would drink any espresso at night and even think I’m getting more that 2 hours in.
Like I said, for me it’s all about timing and balance. Caffeine effective is about 3 hours, shot of espresso is about 65mg. I was lucky to have found that sweet spot where I could do this. Oddly I can go days without coffee too, so maybe it’s just all genetics and luck.
Where can I get this as a blank template?
Just make one
First of all I'm on my phone until next year so I can't just take this into Gimp on my desktop.
Even then, it's bad practice to create templates by downloading a meme and erasing the edits when there's usually a downloadable template somewhere.
