By Boss it should say Corporation, or Large Corporate Boss. Because many bosses at companies are earning same as you and got more responsibility dumped on them.

Owner. It's what the owner is taking, and usually they're working way less than everyone else.
- I'm lucky I guess our company owner leads by example and believes in open financial statements. We all see what the company makes, what the expenses and labour are, and how much profit has been generated
- I own a small contracting company, I'm working twice as much as any of my guys and don't really make much more than them for hours in/money out. I am in the field with them all for all 40 hours they are as well as weekends, plus all the admin stuff at night. They also make good money hourly as well as cash bonuses

This isn't helping. 90% of people's bosses are also being exploited. It's the millionaires and billionaires who are the problem. Very few of which actually work. They're just shareholders with generational wealth.

Stop trying to get people to hate others who are part of the same exploited working class just because they're slightly less poor.

This OP just has really bad takes sometimes. Like 30 percent of their posts are like this. I can't tell if they're a tankie or just so angry that they post anything no matter how out of touch it is.

There's nothing here about hating others. The meme is talking about how the boss appropriates the value the worker produces under capitalism. The meme is criticizing the system of capitalist relations that produces millionaires and billionaires. These people don't just magically appear out of thin air. They're a product of the system. Educate yourself FFS.
- Maybe you're unable to read then. This meme says your boss is stealing from you. Most people really hate being stolen from. The manager at McDonald's making 50k a year is not stealing from the cashier making 45k. You're pitting the working class against each other and it's not helping. You're completely out of touch

There should be a tiny fraction of a sliver in the corner somewhere to indicate how much the boss pays on those stolen profits.
