Open-Source-Mouse based on an Arduino Pro Micro utilizing the PMW3389 sensor

The project has nothing directly to do with Linux. But I think it's interesting and you should be able to use the mouse under Linux. In my opinion, it is therefore an alternative to normal mice.

What a cool project.
OP would that work as a G700s replacement?, I assume this mouse I have will eventually fail.
- I have no experience with this project. I have been using a mouse from Zowie for several years under Linux, where all settings can be made with switches on the mouse so that no software is necessary.
is there an Open Source Hardware comm on lemmy.ml or elsewhere? I agree this is really cool
