Nearly every Republican is a fascist coward, either by playing with plausible deniability or by being loud and proud about it.
I can count the exceptions on one hand. I'll be drop-dead surprised if she doesn't end up telling people to vote for that battered and fermented butterscotch-colored turd.

Wish she had stayed in it just to give Republicans a protest choice (and more importantly split votes from Trump).
- Republican voters are dumb. The leaders aren't dumb (though they are quite capable of pretending they are).

She's waiting on a VP nod
- Trump is way too spiteful for that.
  
  The one thing Trump likes better than his friends groveling at his feet, is his enemies groveling at his feet. Haley could still play her cards right and get the VP nomination applying that principle.
- Never gonna happen. Not after the things she’s been saying about him lately.
  
  Lindsey Graham used to talk a lot of shit about Trump too. Granted, Haley has a lot of hardcore sucking up to do to approach what Lindsey Graham has done. But it's not impossible. Trump is sundowning so hard and never had a long attention span. He can't even remember the difference between Nancy pelosi, Hillary Clinton, or any other number of women. Who's to say he'll remember who Nikki Haley was in a month.
Run third party Nikki, you deserve it. I know I want to be known as someone who helped bring an end to Trump.
- If most of her voters are "Never Trumpers", she might hurt Biden more.
- An ultra conservative (but not anti democratic) Haley/Cheney ticket could do it without taking from Biden
