Biden walks back prediction of Monday cease-fire deal in Gaza: ‘Hopeful’ but ‘probably not’

Biden never said there would be a ceasefire on Monday. He said he there was hope to have one then.
Some how naive people believe that a country that would attack the US would listen to Biden.
- Al these mooks here acting like Biden can wave his hand and instantly stop Israel are ignorant at best or political operators at worst.
  
  He can stop selling Netanyahu weapons. He can stop going to bat for Netanyahu at the UN.
  That might not stop the genocide, but we'd no longer be party to it.
- More accurately though the Hamas faction promised to bring an accurate count of still alive hostages to the negotiations and then reneged on that promise.
  
  That clearly requires shooting starving people who are trying to get to food.
Hope in one hand, shit in the other and see what gets filled first.
- but surely everyone understands that there is nothing that the "Worlds Most Powerful Nation"®™ could possibly do in this... unfortunate situation.
