UI suggestion : downvote should be hidden for instance who deactivated it.

Hi !

I got a repport from someone who use sync. And she/he didn't know that downvote where deactivated except the error message : unable to cast downvote.

I think the downvote arrow should be hidden for those instances who desactivated them.

Yeah we're waiting on a lot of things actually.
- Anything in particular?
  
  Editing posts actually. On the website you can edit the title, contents, and body after submission.
It doesn't seem like the Lemmy API provides any way to tell if a remote instance has downvotes disabled or not.
- Thank, i'm not well versed on the technical side but jerboa and thunder handle them and have a way to detect them then remove the arrow.
  It seems manageable ?
  
  Then I'm probably wrong. It's not clear at all how those apps are doing it though. The API documentation is rough.
