"Warning" of catastrophe? The whole point is to create a catastrophe. I think a better word to use would be "confirming" that their genocidal actions amount to catastrophe. That way Israel can be sure they are genociding effectively.

Their 10th and 12th prime ,inister was Yitzhak Shamir. He was the leader of the Lehi (also known as the Stern gang). That group tried to literally ally with Hitler during WW2 and he spent his whole life basically saying Hitler did nothing wrong. The country elected this man 3 times.
