BVR missiles don't work when clouds

The department that made that got a job for: "Just make something that allows our aircraft to be unseen by radar operators". They literally did that.
- Doesn't sound like it. A new paintjob, unless it's carbon nano tubes (or similar) isn't going to change it's radar visibility.
  
  I think he meant that the radar operators would be unable to literally see it, like with their eyes.
