Wait a minute. I live in the USA and I thought the reason we couldn't federaly fund renewables was because "it doesn't matter if we switch to renewables because China will still destroy the world with fossil fuels anyway." Are you telling me that someone in our government lied to us? -s
The US doesn't want to switch to renewables for national security reasons. Funnily enough, national security is also a big reason why China DOES want to switch to renewables.
If you're going to make a claim, support it.
